Welcome to the April edition of our newsletter!
In the heart of every engineering student lies a spark of curiosity, a desire to break open machines to see how they function, and a dream to create something new.
Yet, somewhere along the path of their education, the spark is lost. I have witnessed first-hand the growing disinterest in core engineering disciplines among students. This is not a reflection of their potential, but rather our education system’s failure to engage and inspire them. The traditional theory-heavy approach alienates the curiosity.
We at MBF envision a future where students are not mere spectators of their education but active participants. We want to encourage students to dismantle and rebuild, to question the status quo and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
There is freedom in innovation.
I am filled with pride when I witness the remarkable ways in which MBF’s students apply their knowledge. I want to share some examples of what our next generation of innovators, tinkerers, and leaders have achieved.
