Head of Partnerships Ecosystem

Mumbai, Delhi Or Bengaluru

Maker Bhavan Foundation is seeking a strategic leader to transform India’s engineering education by shifting the focus from rote learning to a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. In this pivotal role, you will connect universities, industry leaders, government bodies, and nonprofits to build regional “Innovation Clusters.” Your primary goal will be to design semester-long, credit-bearing apprenticeships where students tackle real-world industry challenges, directly supporting the “Make in India” mission. Rather than traditional fundraising or short-term placements, you will build deep partnerships that align the unique goals of higher education, corporate innovation, and government skilling initiatives to create a unified system of practical learning.

We are looking for a collaborative visionary with over 10 years of leadership experience who excels at uniting diverse groups toward a shared national goal. You must have the professional credibility to engage seamlessly with senior corporate executives, university vice-chancellors, and government officials, translating complex needs into shared, impactful programs. If you have a proven track record of building large-scale partnerships and are passionate about shaping the next generation of Indian innovators, please fill out the application form or reach out to  [email protected].

Assistant Manager — Communications & Marketing

Mumbai/Delhi

STEM Shiksha Foundation is looking for an Assistant Manager — Communications & Marketing. The role focuses on owning Maker Bhavan Foundation’s day-to-day voice across social media, content, PR, and community, while contributing to campaigns that help build a national maker movement.

You will manage MBF’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube, develop content calendars and storytelling pieces, support donor-facing communications, and build relationships with media across education, policy, and social impact beats. You will also help grow MBF’s alumni and stakeholder community through newsletters, spotlights, and events.

This role combines content craft with relationship-building. The goal is to ensure MBF’s mission reaches the right audiences — students, donors, partners, and media — with consistency and impact.

We are looking for someone with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in communications, marketing, content, or PR, ideally with an agency background. Visual Storyteller & Brand Designer

Remote/Mumbai (Hybrid)

STEM Shiksha Foundation is looking for a Visual Storyteller & Brand Designer. You will work closely with the communications team to translate stories, data, and milestones into compelling visual content, while serving as custodian of MBF’s brand identity — colour, typography, layout, and design systems — across digital and print.

This role combines brand stewardship with hands-on design execution. The goal is to ensure every designed output, however small, feels bold, purposeful, and rooted in the maker spirit.

We are looking for a freshly graduated B.Des (0–2 years experience) with a strong portfolio spanning digital and print formats, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and an eye for visual storytelling. Prior internship experience in brand or communications design is a plus, not a requirement.
